Head down to our workshop where you'll find a technically knowledgeable team of service advisors eager to attend to your maintenance requirements. Our workshop is fitted with 16 workbays and hydraulic lifts, state-of-the-art computerised systems and fully modernised diagnostic equipment and special tooling. With a team consisting of Master Technicians, Technicians and apprentices, we have a 'fix right first time' policy and boast a tunrover of 50 vehicles per day, in addition to accumulating 200 training hours per year per technician.
Customer experience is paramount to our philosophy and that is why Aurinia Ford is equipped with a 'Customer Interactive Bay' that allows Service Managers to inspect vehicles in the presence of the customer. Spend time in our Wi-Fi enabled customer lounge and enjoy the coffee bar and satellite TV while you wait or make use of our drivers and loan vehicles for repairs under warranty.
Aurinia Ford makes use of an environmentally friendly washbay for all serviced vehicles and offers 24-hour security too ensure peace-of-mind for customers with vehicles in storage.
Our Parts department achieved best-in-category A dealers South Africa in 2011, achieving runner-up in 2010 and 2014 and placing top five in 2009. Our comprehensive stock of parts includes only genuine Ford parts and branded lubricants manufactured by Ford Motor Company South Africa. In addition, we can source any part required with our Parts Locator System. With 2 deliveries a day from Ford Motor Company South Africa, we can offer same-day deliveries and perform overnight outgoing deliveries courtesy of trained drivers manning 5 delivery vehicles.
