The EcoBoost engine in the Ranger Raptor is a powerful 3.0L V6 Twin-turbo, built with high-performance materials similar to those used in Ford's NASCAR racing engines. Paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and Anti-Lag in Baja Mode, the Ranger Raptor offers impressive off-road capabilities. With seven selectable drive modes, including rock crawling and desert running, you can easily switch between on- and off-road driving. The My Mode button allows you to save and activate your preferred drive, steering, damper, and exhaust modes with one touch. You can also control the exhaust note by selecting from Quiet, Normal, Sport or Baja modes.
The Ranger Raptor's FOX 2.5” Live Valve Shock Absorbers adjust electronically up to 500 times per second, ensuring a smooth ride even on rough terrain. Other features include Thin Bridge twin-piston callipers, front and rear vented discs, a front locking diff, and trail control for low-speed off-road cruising. The reinforced chassis, new shock tower mounts, 33-inch tires, unique upper and lower control arms, and a watts link rear suspension make the Ranger Raptor the toughest and most capable Ford Ranger Raptor yet. The performance seats are inspired by the F-22 Raptor fighter jet, with prominent bolstering to keep you secure during high-speed driving. Additionally, the Ranger Raptor offers enhanced visibility with multiple camera views, including a bird's eye 360-degree top-down view, 180-degree front off-road view and rear trailer hitch view.
