As mentioned earlier, Aurinia Motors is a Quality Care Service Centre that conforms to the requirements of Ford Motor Company of South Africa and customers can therefore feel safe in the knowledge that all service and maintenance repairs are conducted according to the highest standard. All workshop staff is properly trained in their respective fields and all repairs and maintenance work is carried out under close supervision of the Workshop Manager, Shaun Potgieter, and his service management team.
Making an appointment and checking-in of vehicles on the day is made easy by our team of service advisors who also have the necessary technical knowledge to assist customers promptly and efficiently.
The workshop consists of 19 work bays fitted with hydraulic lifts manned by a competent technical team comprising various Master Technicians, Technicians and also apprentices and this capacity ensures that we have a vehicle service turnover of 50 vehicles per day, all of which have been serviced and repaired according to Ford Motor Company of South Africa’s stringent standards. Should you require a shuttle service to transport you back home or to the office on the day of your vehicle’s service, we have numerous drivers available to cater to your needs. Loan vehicles are also, at management’s discretion, made available to customers in the case of repairs having to be made under warranty.
Aurinia Motors also boasts a modern equipped fully operational wash bay that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles at a time, ensuring that serviced vehicles leave the premises in a gleaming condition.
Security is an obvious factor to consider when leaving your vehicle in the care of a service centre and to this end, we can confidently state that safety and security of our customers and their vehicles is a top priority at Aurinia Motors. All movement onto and from the premises is monitored by 24 hours security and the utilisation of 1 entrance and 1 exit minimising the chance of damage or loss due to theft. We also have the ability to store up to 50 vehicles in our undercover car park on the premises ensuring that your vehicle is also safe from weather elements whilst in our care.
